Due to an extremely high volume of orders, please allow at least 6 hours for all pick up orders. Delivery time slots are filling fast, the first available delivery time will be visible on the checkout screen before placing your order.
You must be at least 21 years of age to make any purchase from us. By placing your order, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 21. Acceptable photo identification will be required for all orders at the time of pickup or delivery. All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal age.
Policy Update in Response to COVID-19
We offer 2 options to receive your online order:
1) Curbside Pick Up – Currently for store pickup we offer contact-less Curbside Pick Up in the SW spaces in the parking lot, follow the signs that say Curbside Pick Up Parking, and please turn right when entering the parking lot from the Walnut St. entrance. An employee will come to your vehicle to retrieve your order details, locate your order, and deliver it to your vehicle as soon as possible, with minimal contact. We will still need to ID the purchaser but will maintain social distance to the extent reasonably possible. Curbside Pick Up is available 10am-8pm. Prior to 10am or after 8pm, Curbside orders are available for pick up at the Customer Service desk located just inside the store.
Please be aware that there is an extremely high volume of orders due to the holidays, and orders are estimated at a 24-48 hour turnaround currently.
2) Delivery – For local delivery, we offer free delivery in Boulder County (excluding mountain destinations) for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer delivery for $10 in Boulder County. Hours for delivery are 10am – 8pm. At the time of ordering, you may select your preferred delivery window. For all deliveries, recipients must be physically present at the time of delivery with a valid ID, we cannot leave product at the door unattended.
For both Curbside Pick Up and Delivery, if no preference was selected at checkout for out-of-stock items, we will email you regarding the out-of-stock and adjust your order. Please note, these orders may take longer to process, notices regarding out-of-stock items will be sent from email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Please note we are unable to deliver to any location with a liquor license (restaurants, hotels, etc.).

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our web site, Hazel’s Beverage World is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, omissions, out-of-stock or discontinued items or computer problems. Thank you for your understanding.
All tips and gratuities are collected by Hazel’s and allocated among hourly employees in accordance with our tip pooling policy.
Statement on Delivery Sales Tax
As a small, local business, our point of sale software is unable to calculate and remit sales tax for the over 750 different taxing combinations that exist in the State of Colorado. The State of Colorado is working on a method for small businesses like ours to calculate and remit taxes from the multitude of Colorado taxing authorities through a single state-run website. Once that becomes available, we will use it. Until then, all sales by Hazel’s are deemed to be made in the City of Boulder, and our delivery service, which is generally provided at no cost, is a separate service we provide as a convenience to our customers who request it. , if no preference
was selected at checkout for out-of-stock items, we will
email you regarding the out of stock and adjust your order. Please note, orders
