Store Policy Updates

Please allow at least 2-4 hours for all pick up orders when placed between 10am-8pm. Orders placed outside these hours may take longer. You will receive an email and text (if cell phone number is used) when your order is ready. For further details please refer to your email. The most current information and times will be displayed below your order details.

Delivery times fill quickly, the soonest available time will be displayed while checking out before placing your order.

We are open to serve you with in-store shopping, as well as online for Quick Pickup or Delivery.

In-store Shopping for Seniors (65+ only) is available 8am-9am daily. 
General In-Store Shopping is open from 9am-11:45pm daily.
Quick Pick Up of online orders in our parking lot is available from 10am-8pm daily.
Delivery is available from 10am-8pm, and you can request a delivery time when you place your order. 

In-Store Shopping
Please note that in accordance with local health requirements, in-store shopping will require wearing a face mask and maintaining social distance as much as reasonably possible. We can provide a new, disposable mask to guests who do not have one. However, we ask and encourage you to wear your own masks, whenever possible, and gloves are recommended while shopping in-store. We will be limiting the number of
customers allowed in the store to 50% or less of our code capacity, and so we
may need to form a line outside the store.  Please have one person from
your household do the shopping and avoid coming in groups.  

Online Ordering
Due to high order volume, your order may be delayed (Curbside Pick Up and Delivery). We are working to complete orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received. We will do our best to communicate changes and updates on the status of your orderplease watch your email for updates. Our commitment is to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we appreciate your overwhelming support and patience. 

For both Curbside Pick Up and Delivery, if no preference was
selected at checkout for out-of-stock items, we will email you regarding the
out-of-stock and adjust your order. Please note, these orders may take longer
to process, notices regarding out-of-stock items will be sent from and include your order number in the subject line.

We appreciate your patience and will get your order completed as soon as we can. You can expect email confirmation when the order has been received and again when ready for pickup or delivery. Please do not come to the store to pickup your order until you have been notified it is ready.  

If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery zone, select Delivery in the checkout screen. If we cannot deliver to your address, the website will redirect you to select Quick Pick Up (Curbside). 

Cash and Return Policy Updates
Cash transactions are now available on all open registers. However, for the time being and due to the nationwide shortage, we are asking for exact change on cash transactions whenever possible. For pickup and delivery, no signatures will be required, and we will do our best to maintain social distance, but we must still check IDs as required by law.
