Delivery & Pick Up Policies


Hours for Curbside Pick Up and Delivery are 10am-8pm. 

Prior to 10am or after 8pm, Curbside orders are available for pick up at the Customer Service desk. 


Delivery time slots fill fast - the first available delivery time will be visible on the checkout screen before placing your order. 


You must be at least 21 years of age to make any purchase. By placing your order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21. Acceptable photo identification will be required for all orders at the time of pickup or delivery. All deliveries must be received in-person by an adult of legal age. We cannot deliver when no one is home or leave product on your porch.   


We offer 2 options to receive your online order:


1) Curbside Pick Up – We offer Curbside Pick Up in the NW spaces in our parking lot. Park in one of the designated spaces, click on your confirmation link or text us at the number on the sign. An employee will deliver your order to your vehicle as soon as possible, with minimal contact. We will still need to ID the purchaser. Curbside Pick Up is available 10am-8pm. Prior to 10am or after 8pm, Curbside orders are available for pick up at the Customer Service desk located just inside the store. 


2) Delivery - We offer delivery in Boulder County (excluding some mountain destinations) for all orders over $50.  Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and range from $4.99 to $9.99 ($14.99 for mountain destinations) depending on distance from the store. Delivery fees are waived for orders over $250 ($300 for mountain destinations), excluding keg orders. Hours for delivery are 10am – 8pm. At the time of ordering, you may select your preferred delivery window. For all deliveries, recipients must be physically present at the time of delivery with a valid ID.  We cannot leave product at the door unattended. Delivery fees are non-refundable – if we are unable to complete your delivery, there will be an additional fee charged for re-delivery. 


For both Curbside Pick Up and Delivery, if no preference was selected at checkout for out-of-stock items, we will email you regarding the out-of-stock item and adjust your order. Please note, these orders may take longer to process - notices regarding out-of-stock items will be sent from storeorders@hazelsworld.com and include your order number in the subject line. 


Please note we are unable to deliver to any location with a liquor license (restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.).


We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if there is any problem with your order.  While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our web site, Hazel’s Beverage World is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, omissions, out-of-stock or discontinued items or computer problems. Thank you for your understanding.


All tips and gratuities are collected by Hazel’s and allocated among hourly employees in accordance with our tip pooling policy.
