When you use your Frequent Flyer card, you will earn one Frequent Flyer Mile for every dollar you spend on a qualifying purchase in-store, online at hazelsboulder.com, or on the Hazel’s App.
Miles are automatically credited to your account (don’t worry, Hazel will keep track for you!). Every 500 miles earned will be converted into a $5 store credit reward on your account, which you can redeem whenever you shop. Frequent Flyer Miles and rewards will expire if they are not used within one year.
Pretty simple—just remember to use your Frequent Flyer card every time you shop!
There is no charge for a Frequent Flyer card—it’s totally free, but you must be 21 years of age or older. There is no obligation to purchase anything, but you can only save and earn Miles by shopping at Hazel’s in-store, online at hazelsboulder.com or on the Hazel’s App. Frequent Flyer Miles have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. No double dipping—closeouts, certain special discounts, coupons and other special offers do not qualify for Miles. Miles and rewards must be used within one year after being earned, after which they expire. Hazel’s is not responsible for any computer or software discrepancies or failures. Frequent Flyer cardholders are responsible for keeping their information up to date so we can stay in contact with you.
